disconnected drives in remote app

Can anyone tell me how I can correct disconnected drives?
When a user logs into the remoteapp site and uses any app, all the drives show disconnected when ever they try to browse the mapped drives to open any doc. The drives are connected as all folders show when clicking on any drive. Also when I log into the server with and rdp session they show as disconnected also. This is only happening on the the remoteapp server.
All my other R2 servers (30) dont have this issue.
All drives are mapped via a vbs script in a gpo applied to the user.
I have set the autodisconnect to 0 in the registry, rebooted and get the same effect

My home folder which is done via AD in my profile works fine!
