We have a Server 2012 and our clients login to that machine with a thin client. When they login you see errors like (0n the eventlog):
Driver hp LaserJet 1160 PCL 5e required for printer hp LaserJet 1160 PCL 5e is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the driver before you log in again.
But we have installed the driver, and if you install the printer and then select the correct ts print port with the correct driver you can print without a problem. Only when the users reboots the thin client the ts number changes so the printer does not work any more. How can we manage that the printer will pick the right driver automatic?
