About terminal server licensing on Windows 2008 R2

Hi guys,

i need to install a terminal server licensing on a fresh windows 2008 R2 and have seen this KB:

But when i open server role and try to find "Terminal Services check box"  found only "Remote desktop Services" check box!

Is it "Remote Desktop Services" a "Terminal Services role" on windows 2008 R2 version ?

The server is just a Domain  controller.
