We continue to have sporadic issues with certain remote clients trying to get their printers to come into their RDS sessions. I have a user with a HP Officejet 4620, and it will not show up in her printers area. Tried using a Universal Driver on her PC and that shows up on the server, but it prints garbage when she tries to do a test page. Noticing a few errors on the server (Win2008 RDS w/SP1)...

What are my options here? HP does not offer a Windows 2008 driver for this type of model.
