Surf since the installation flashplayer internet very slow on 2008R2

I installed on 2terminal servers the updateofAdobe Flash Player version11.4.402.265.
Since thentheInternet Explorerresponds veryslowly.
If I uninstallflash,everythingworks normally,onlythe noflashcontentis displayed.
