The Terminal Server has failed to create a new self signed certificate to be used for Terminal Server authentication on SSL connections. The relevant status code was Object already exists.

Hello,

2k8 R2 server not a terminal server but Remote Desktop is available for administration.

Every 5 minutes, the system logs: Event 1057 - The Terminal Server has failed to create a new self signed certificate to be used for Terminal Server authentication on SSL connections. The relevant status code was Object already exists.

It logs this event twice every 5 minutes.

I'm not sure what it is indicating is already existing. I've changed certificates associated with the Remote Desktop connection. I've auto-created a cert. Nothing seems to change the message.

Any help is very appreciated.
